Fishing in Exmouth

 

Being located on a peninsular, if the weather blows up we have many options available to still chase the fish. If the wind is blowing from the south west you can fish in the gulf area, if the wind is blowing from the south east you can target the Ningaloo Reef area of the peninsular.

Keen to get onto the water?

Exmouth has 3 main boat ramps all within 25 minutes of each other. If it's too rough for boating out wide, you can still fish close to the shore line or inside the reef which is sheltered. So if its fishing out of a boat a tinnie or a kayak the choices are endless.

Where most places rely on structures like Jetties, here the reef fringing our shores are our structure allowing to you to cover more areas along the beaches and catch more variety of fish.
